Almond and chocolate gateau
Sift the flour along with the cocoa and baking powder. Add the sugar and shopped almonds.
Make a hollow at the center add the butter and the eggs.
Mix everything until medium consistency dough.
Grease and dust a mold and place the dough in it.
Spread the mix with a spatula until smoothing it.
Sprinkle surface with sugar and whole almonds.
Take to a mild oven at 340° F for 45 minutes.

1 cup of sugar (7 oz)
3.5 oz of bitter cocoa
2 cups of flour (8.5 oz)
2 tbsp of baking powder
3.5 oz of ground almonds
