- 3.5 oz of butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar (5 oz)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of chopped almonds (2 oz)
- 2 cups of flour (8.5 oz)
- 2 tbsp of baking powder
- ½ cups of milk (125 ml)
- ½ cup of sugar (3.5 oz)
- 3.5 oz of butter or 1.7 oz if you want a lighter preparation
- 1 cup of chopped almonds (3.5 oz)
Churn the butter by hand along with the sugar and whip until forming a cream.
Mix the eggs a little to unbind them.
Add to the previous gradually and whipping.
Add almonds and mix.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, alternating with the milk.
Mix everything well.
Grease and dust a mold and pour the preparation in it.
Place in a moderate oven for 35 minutes or until it looks cooked.
Covering. Mix the butter with the sugar.
Add the almonds and mix again.
Remove from the oven and cover with the butter preparation.
Reduce the flame and continue for 10 more minutes and remove.
Allow cooling and then serve.
